As part of the national ‘Hands Across the Island Tour’ John recently spent a week in WA visiting schools in Perth and the south west.
The following note was received by John from a principal at a school that John visited:
“I just wanted to thank you for your visit to Singleton last Friday. Your address to staff was inspirational. The kids were also spellbound by you and I am confident that many of them will put into practice the message you left them with. I read your book over the weekend and that really rounded off beautifully what I experienced last Friday. It’ll also be a tool, not only to use myself whenever I let things get on top of me, but also as a gift I can give others to help them sort through their own lives.
