John’s shape might be a little different to most, but like everybody he needs to be deliberate about staying in shape! It’s pretty demanding physically to ‘walk with your hands’ like John does, so his upper body strength and general fitness is paramount.
JC works out numerous times each week at Wickedbodz Gym on the Gold Coast. His personal trainer organises a routine especially for John, with lots of modified exercises… but he doesn’t let John get off lightly!
